⏳ First: The time period
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in the following cases:
- Receiving a product that does not conform to specifications or the order.
- There is a defect or manufacturing fault in the product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective during shipping.
Second: Steps for requesting a replacement or refund
- Contact us through our official customer service channels (WhatsApp - Email - Contact Form).
- Explain the reason for the request, and attach photos/videos showing the condition of the product.
- The request will be reviewed by the support team within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will coordinate with you to recharge or take the appropriate action.
Third: Return Mechanism
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition , with all accessories and original packaging.
- The return process is done through the shipping company that delivered the product, or as arranged with the support team.
- The store will bear the shipping fees in case of an error on its part or a defect.
- The customer bears the shipping costs if the reasons are related to a change of mind or lack of desire.
Fourth: Cases not covered by the exchange or return policy
