⏳ First: The time period

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product that does not conform to specifications or the order.
  • There is a defect or manufacturing fault in the product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective during shipping.


Second: Steps for requesting a replacement or refund

  1. Contact us through our official customer service channels (WhatsApp - Email - Contact Form).
  2. Explain the reason for the request, and attach photos/videos showing the condition of the product.
  3. The request will be reviewed by the support team within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will coordinate with you to recharge or take the appropriate action.


Third: Return Mechanism

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition , with all accessories and original packaging.
  • The return process is done through the shipping company that delivered the product, or as arranged with the support team.
  • The store will bear the shipping fees in case of an error on its part or a defect.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs if the reasons are related to a change of mind or lack of desire.


Fourth: Cases not covered by the exchange or return policy

  • Damage or breakage resulting from misuse or neglect.
  • Products that have been modified or used in a way that affects their quality.
  • More than 14 days have passed since you received the product.
